Non-Returnable Items

For food safety reasons, all edible products are non-returnable. Items are non-returnable due to the potential safety risk associated with ingestible products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.

You may request a refund or replacement if:

• The item was damaged during shipping, or

• The product is defective upon arrival

To request assistance, please submit your claim through Your Orders and include clear images of the item and the visible defects. Once reviewed, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Important Notes

• Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery

• Items showing signs of use or consumption are not eligible

• Shipping delays caused by carriers are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
