Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Ms. Marie’s Coffee Blend, every order is prepared with intention and care. To ensure freshness, quality, and a positive experience, we’ve outlined our shipping and delivery practices below.
Pre-Order & Local Delivery
Pre-Order Only
All bakery treats are available by pre-order only. This allows us to bake in small batches and deliver each order at peak freshness.
Orders are prepared according to scheduled delivery dates rather than immediately after purchase.
Local Delivery Availability
Local delivery is available within select delivery zones.
• Minimum delivery order: $18
• Local delivery fee: $6
• Delivery window: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Monday-Saturday
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address
Orders cannot be left unattended due to food safety and quality standards.
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery information, the order may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Shipping (Cookies)
Processing Time
Cookie orders are processed within 2–4 business days to allow for fresh, small-batch baking before shipment.
Carrier Expectations
All shipped orders are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once an order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are managed by USPS.
Please note:
• Delivery dates provided by USPS are estimated, not guaranteed
• Delays due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier volume are outside of our control
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped
We recommend monitoring tracking information and retrieving packages promptly upon delivery to help maintain freshness and quality.
Weather & Heat Considerations
Because our bakery treats are freshly prepared, weather conditions—particularly heat—may impact quality during transit.
While we take thoughtful steps to package and deliver orders carefully, exposure to high temperatures after shipment or delivery is beyond our control.
• Customers are encouraged to retrieve deliveries promptly
• Delivery timing may be adjusted during extreme weather conditions
• Orders affected by heat exposure after delivery may not be eligible for refunds or replacements
If Damage Occurs
We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know so we can review and assist.
To report an issue:
Submit your request through Your Orders
Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and visible damage
Contact us within a reasonable time after delivery
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Please note:
• Items showing signs of use or consumption are not eligible
• Damage related to carrier delays, weather, or heat exposure may not qualify
